Nirvana were an alternative rock band whose breakthrough album entitled ‘Nevermind’ promoted an emerging style of music called grunge. They were formed by lead singer Kurt Cobain and bassist Krist Novoselic in Aberdeen, Washington, in 1987. In their early years they performed with a succession of drummers eventually settling with Dave Grohl in 1990. Despite only releasing three studio albums over four years, Nirvana have become one of the most influential and important alternative bands of all time. Although the group dissolved in 1994 after Kurt's untimely death, they remain popular and continue to influence modern bands.
Demand for Nirvana memorabilia remains relatively high. We are particularly interested in buying signatures and handwritten items relating to the group as well as stage used or significant pieces of clothing or instruments. We are also very interested in buying concert posters, concert handbills and tickets from concerts during the early years of the group. If you would like us to appraise any item of Nirvana memorabilia, please send us a clear image(s) and details. We offer a competitive price and same day valuations. Below is illustrated a sample of the type of Nirvana memorabilia that we are seeking. Anything rare considered.
